Personal and Driving Requirements

Requirements for driving the car:
The client shall hold a valid driving licence and identity card. To rent a car the client is to be 22 years old.

Booking a car
Booking may be done by phone call, by the booking form in the web site, by e-mail mentioned in the web site of in the office of Vicky-Rent.

Method of payment

The payment of the car is done cash or by means of a credit/debit card.

Fuel

The car is consigned with full petrol tank and is to be returned with full tank. The fuel consumption during the period of the rent is for the account of the client. In the event of fuel shortage the value of the missing fuel is paid by the client.

Rental period

The minimum rental period is 24 hours as from the time of the rent.
The delay in bringing the car back from 1 to 4 hours is charged 50%.
The delay in bringing the car back more than 4 hours is charged 100% of the rent price per 1 day.

Delivery and return of the car
Within the bounds of the town and airport Varna Vicky-Rent offers free of charge delivery and return of the cars. The delivery/return of the cars out of the region of Varna is charged additionally, the one direction fee is:
From/to Sofia - 60 EUR
From/to Saint Constantine and Golden sands – 5 EUR
From/to Albena, Balchik – 12 EUR
From/to Burgas, Nesebar, Sunny Beach – free
From/to Plovdiv – 60 EUR

Insurance of the car

The cars of Vicky-Rent are offered with compulsory “Third Party” insurance and Full Coverage Insurance , as integral part of the set of documents of the car. In the event of larceny, fire, lost or break-down of the car the company assumes the responsibility, except for the cases when:
The car was driven after alcohol and drugs consumption
At the return of the car in damaged state without of a report from the Police/The Traffic Control Authorities certifying a car accident.
If the car is with damaged tyres and wheel rims, that is not caused by fire or car accident, certified by a report of the Traffic Control Authorities.
Damages on the lower surface of the car.

THE CARS CANNOT LEAVE THE COUNTRY!
